Long-time family member here. I joined Orange Tree after Windermere Country Club closed to remain part of a private golf community. Unfortunately, the club has declined over the past several years. Membership costs have continued to rise, yet the overall experience has gone in the opposite direction. The greens, once among the best in Orlando, have noticeably deteriorated, the practice range and range balls are often in poor condition, and the restaurant experience has become one of the weakest in the Dr. Phillips area. Dues have nearly doubled, and the initiation fee has increased to $25,000. Despite these increases, members have seen more cost-cutting than meaningful improvements. The irrigation project is one example. While the club has highlighted the expense, the course conditions have not improved, and over a year later the affected areas remain clearly visible with little or no grass growth, raising concerns about future greens replacement. With approximately 350 memberships, weekends are frequently overcrowded with slow play, and member concerns often seem to go unaddressed. If you are ever lucky enough to play this venue you will not be disappointed. The staff are extremely friendly and will enhance your experience from warming up before play till the patio drink and snacks. The members are very friendly and accomodating if I could give 6 stars I would.

Great club! Course is narrow-ish on certain holes, the rough can be narrow as well, greens are killer and it’s a fast pace of play so you don’t stand around waiting all day. Club house is very social. There are many leagues for both men and women so you can always find a game. Members are incredibly welcoming. Great club to join.

Beautiful wedding venue! If you are looking for a Orlando centric venue with outdoor and indoor options this is the perfect place! Jenny and the entire team at Orange Tree made our wedding day great. Jenny was readily available during the planning process to answer questions, go over details, and schedule venue visits. The catering team is phenomenal! We gave the chef carte blanche for our tasting meal and he gave us so many great options it was hard to pick just 3 appetizers and two entrees for our guests. He was generous and checked in on us several times the day of the wedding bringing the wedding party lunch and snacks while we were getting ready/waiting. Jenny also worked well with our day of coordinator and other vendors to create a magical night! *Updated to include photos of ceremony and reception decor*
